Effective 2026-10-01. These terms are an agreement between you and Kartbin Online Services Pvt. Ltd. (“we”) for your use of Autobuild at app.deployflix.com. By using Autobuild you accept them. If you use it for a business, you accept them for that business.
1. The service
Autobuild writes a spec from your description and builds, checks, previews and hosts software from it using AI. We keep improving it, so features may change. We tell you in advance before we remove a feature you rely on.
2. Your account
Access is by invitation while the service is tried out. You must be 18 or over. One account is for one person; keep access to your email address secure, because sign-in links are sent there. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
3. Your content and your apps
You own what you give us (descriptions, product lists, images) and the code built for you. You give us the permission we need to store, process and run it to provide the service, including sending it to the AI providers named in our privacy policy, and to show your app to the people you share it with. You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload.
You are responsible for your apps and how they are used, including any law that applies to them, such as consumer, tax and data protection law, and for the notices your own users need.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Autobuild to build or share anything unlawful; that infringes someone else’s rights; that deceives people, such as phishing pages or imitations of another business; that spreads malware or spam; that sexualises minors, promotes violence or harasses anyone; or that offers gambling or other regulated services without the licences they need. Do not try to break the service, get around its limits, reach other people’s apps or data, or resell access without our written agreement. We may take down an app, or suspend an account, that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
5. AI output
Autobuild uses AI, which can make mistakes. Check your app before you rely on it or let others use it. Texts it drafts for you, such as a store’s policies, are starting points, not legal, tax or other professional advice.
6. Other services
Some features use other companies’ services, such as Shopify for stores or GitHub for code. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Credits, plans and payment
Autobuild is free while it is tried out. Once plans start, building uses credits, and prices are shown in rupees with GST before you pay. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
8. Availability
We work to keep Autobuild available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Previews are temporary by design. If we ever stop the service, we give you at least 30 days’ notice and a way to take your apps’ code with you.
9. Closing your account
You may close your account at any time by writing to info@deployflix.com. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. What happens to your data then is set out in our privacy policy.
10. Limits of our liability
As far as the law allows, Autobuild is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or data, arising from your use of it. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹5,000 if that is more. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
You will compensate us for claims by others that arise from your content or your apps, or from your breach of these terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction. Please write to us first; most problems are solved that way.
12. Changes to these terms
We publish every change on this page with its date and email you before an important change applies. If you keep using Autobuild after that, the new terms apply.
