Effective 2026-10-01. This policy explains when Kartbin Online Services Pvt. Ltd. refunds payments for Autobuild and how to cancel a plan.
While Autobuild is free
Autobuild is free while it is tried out, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. This policy applies once plans and credits are on sale.
Credits
- Before you approve a build you see what it can cost at most. You are charged only for what it really used, and never more than that amount.
- A build that fails because of a fault in Autobuild costs nothing: its credits are returned to your account automatically.
- A credit pack you have not used at all can be refunded in full within 7 days of buying it.
- Otherwise, credits you have bought are not refunded in money, and they have no cash value.
Plans
- You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time from your account. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed after that.
- Part of a period that has already started is not refunded.
- If a payment fails, your plan stays active until the end of the period, then moves to the free plan. Your apps are not deleted.
Payments made by mistake
If you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy, we refund it in full.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card, UPI account or bank account you paid from, through our payment provider Razorpay, within 5 to 7 working days of our approving them. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Asking for a refund
Email info@deployflix.com with the email address of your account and the date of the payment. We reply within two working days.
