Effective 2026-10-01. This policy explains what personal data Kartbin Online Services Pvt. Ltd. (“we”) collects when you use Autobuild at app.deployflix.com and this website, why, who else handles it, and your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For your personal data, we are the Data Fiduciary.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address and name, when you request access and sign in.
- What you give us to build with: your descriptions, the specs you approve, product lists and images you upload, and your answers to the builder’s questions.
- What is built for you: your apps’ code and its history, previews, and the data of stores built for you.
- Use of the service: the builds you run and their cost, sign-in times, and the technical records every web server keeps, such as IP addresses and browser type.
- Messages sent through your apps: when a visitor uses the contact form of an app you built, we pass the message to you. For that message we act on your behalf.
- Payments, once paid plans start: the amount, the plan, whether the payment succeeded, and your GST number if you give it. Card, UPI and bank details go to our payment provider, Razorpay, and never reach us.
Why we use it
To run the service you asked for: to sign you in, build, preview, host and share your apps, and email you about them; to keep the service secure and stop abuse; to keep the accounts, billing and tax records the law requires; to answer you when you contact us; and to improve Autobuild using totals that do not identify you. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
We process your personal data with your consent, which you give when you request access and use the service, and for the legitimate uses the Act allows, such as meeting a legal obligation.
Who else handles it
We use these companies to run Autobuild. Each handles personal data only to provide its service to us. Some of them process data outside India.
- Hostinger: our domain names and their DNS.
- Amazon Web Services: hosting of this website, and sending email, such as sign-in links and messages from your apps’ contact forms.
- GitHub: storing your apps’ code.
- Anthropic and OpenAI: the AI models that write specs, code and images. What you describe and your app’s code are sent to them to build your app. Under their terms for business use, they do not use it to train their models.
- Shopify: online stores you choose to build on Shopify.
- Razorpay: payments, once paid plans start.
We may also disclose personal data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Your account and your apps are kept until you delete them or close your account, and removed within 30 days after that, except for backups, which are overwritten within a further 30 days. Server records are kept for up to 90 days. Billing and tax records are kept as long as Indian tax and company law requires, currently up to eight years.
Your rights
You may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who we have shared it with; ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it; withdraw your consent at any time, which stops the service for you from then on but does not affect what was done before; nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to; and make a complaint. Email info@deployflix.com to use any of these rights.
Grievance officer
Pankaj Kumar, info@deployflix.com. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Autobuild is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children.
Security
Everything is sent over encrypted connections. Each app is built and previewed separately from other people’s, access to your data within our team is limited to what running the service needs, and passwords and keys are kept apart from the data. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the Act requires.
Cookies
Autobuild uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and to remember your settings, such as your colour theme. This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

We publish every change on this page with its date. For an important change, we also email you before it applies.
